General Responder Patch #7244 for Responder 10.0.2

This patch is intended for installation on top of Responder 10.0.2 (build 7217) and replaces previously issued patches #7229, #7232, #7236, #7238, and #7240.

Please note that if a patch shares DLL files with a previously-issued patch, all files from the previous patch are included, to prevent problems caused by dependencies between these files.

Functionality Included: This patch fixes issues with disabling probable state, line display, moving faults upstream, prediction on gang operated devices, archival of canceled devices, and multi-phase loadpoint outage times. Please see the list of bug fixes below for more details on these changes.

Recommended Users: Clients who use Responder on 10.0.2 would benefit from this patch.

The following files are included in the patch and will replace existing files:

Installation instructions:

  1. Download the patch installer Patch_1002_7240.exe to any location on your desktop machine (Client, Server, and Web boxes).
  2. Double-click the file to launch the installation.
  3. At the installer dialog, review the readme information if desired. Then click "Install Patch".
  4. When the installer dialog displays "Completed", click the "Close" button.

Configuration Updates for Patch 7238: Patch 7238 contains a change that allows Responder Explorer and Archive Explorer users to have customers only show up on the Customers tab of the Edit and Incident Details screens if they have corresponding loadpoints. This can be done with the addition of the key below, to be added immediately after the <appSettings> tag in Miner.Responder.ArchiveExplorer.exe.config and/or Miner.Responder.Explorer.exe.config. Note that if this key is NOT added or if it is set to true, functionality will be unchanged, and customers will continue to show up on the Customers tab of the Edit and Incident Details screen if they have corresponding loadpoints OR if they have calls.

<add key="ShowCallersOnCustomerTab" value="false"/>
